Ongoing Design Consultant
Several years ago I started working with A-List Education, part of Dukes Plus - a specialised consultancy service and educational experience provider. A-List Education provide expert US admissions consulting in SAT/ACT preparation and academic mentoring for international students applying to US universities.
I was brought initially brought in to refresh their visual identity, improve consistency and to elevate their materials to reflect the prestigious educational institutions that they work with.
Key contributions:
Brand refresh: I built on their existing materials to develop a clean, bold, and modern visual system with a clear typographic hierarchy and a consistent shade of red. I refreshed the logo by enhancing the “A” and housing it in a solid circle for use as a standalone logo mark.
Illustration: I created a bespoke series of hand-drawn illustrations representing key US institutions. This collection has since expanded to include UK universities and some of the services they provide
Print design: I designed a series of brochure templates for services aimed at schools, private clients, and premium offerings—ensuring consistency across all communications.
Sales material: Designed exhibition stands, promotional posters, and pitching decks tailored for both student and institutional audiences.
Text books: I worked on extensive updates to their proprietary SAT and ACT textbooks (both digital and print), each exceeding 500 pages.
Over the years this relationship has flourished and my work has continued across the rest of the Dukes Plus portfolio, including: Oxbridge Applications, Lawyer Portal and Medic Portal.
